Proge-Software announces that it has joined the Microsoft Enterprise Cloud Alliance program.
Proge-Software, one of the most competent Microsoft Gold Partners in the world and nominated in July 2016 as a Microsoft Communications Partner of the Year Award Finalist, has been working with Microsoft for over 20 years, creating innovative solutions based on Microsoft technology.
“The membership with the Microsoft Enterprise Cloud Alliance strengthens the relationship between Proge-Software and Microsoft,” said Marco Meneo, general manager, Proge-Software. “It gives us the opportunity to think about new concepts that are the basis of our commitment to providing innovative solutions for the digital transformation.”
“We are proud of the innovative role our solutions are having for our customers, allowing them to create value and to express the growth potential of each one thanks to the use of Microsoft Cloud technology,” declares Simone Allievi, marketing director, Proge-Software. Simone continues: “the flexibility, global scale and security of the Microsoft Cloud allow us to respond more effectively and quickly to the growing needs of transformation and innovation of our customers.”
As a member of the Microsoft Enterprise Cloud Alliance, Proge-Software offers STS – Surgery Touchless System, the solution destined to the sterile areas of Operating Theatres, which provides surgeons with a new tool to access and control the patient’s medical records (images, video, 3D models, information) in touchless mode (gesture, voice), through Microsoft Kinect technology.
The integration with Microsoft Azure enables STS to have a flexible cloud storage system. STS also provides functionalities to support telemedicine, to communicate and collaborate directly from the operating theatres (for example, for remote consultations of specialists or for collaboration with otherwise located medical teams) thanks to the integration of Microsoft Skype for Business Online.
